Brut 26 IPA (ABV: 9%) – A Brut IPA brewed in collaboration with Tiger Town Brewing from Mitchell.
My Clementine (ABV: 5.6%) – A crisp American Wheat beer made with clementine.
All Hips and Tips (ABV: 6%) – A blonde style beer made with spruce tips and rose hips.

Alesmith Brewing Company [San Diego, CA]
Luped In IPA (ABV: 6.5%) – The hops (Humulus Lupulus) are the real start of this San Diego-style IPA, showcasing bright notes of apricots, citrus, tropical fruits, and berries. Light malt notes and a smooth bitterness lead to an easy and drinkable finish.

Backwoods Brewing [Carson, WA]
Blueberry Wheat (ABV: 5.2%) – We balanced out the blueberry, providing a pleasant aroma, and just a hint of blueberry flavor on the finish. Light bodied, and super refreshing on a hot summer’s day.
Maple Porter (ABV: 5.9%) – We use real maple syrup in this delectable porter. Aromas of maple, followed by balanced notes of vanilla, maple and chocolate with a subtle roast on the finish.
Copperline Amber (ABV: 5.5%) – This amber ale is malt-forward with a balanced finish that’s not too sweet. Subtle notes of orange and spices make this a very refreshing beer that is good any time of year.

Scottish Life Ale (ABV: 7.2%) – Scottish Life is a celebration of the malt-forward beers that originated from the British Isles. A whopping 10 different malts, including Maris Otter malt from Scotland, are used to brew this complex and delicious malt bomb.
Motherchukar Cream Ale (ABV: 4.4%) – Motherchukar Cream Ale is brewed with North American 2-row and Pilsner malts with a touch of flaked corn and rice added for smoothness.
Leafer Madness IPA (ABV: 9%) – This 9% ABV hop bomb is brewed with 2-row barley and a touch of Munich and honey malts giving it a solid malt base. We then add wave after wave of citrusy old school hops followed by a huge dry hop charge to create the hoppiest beer brewed anywhere.

Marionberry & Lavender (ABV: 4.3%) – A luscious infusion of intricate flavors, this American sour ale drifts through tart patches of Oregon Marionberry and aromatic fields of lavender to a light, lemony finish.

Starburst IPA (ABV: 7.8%) – A starburst galaxy produces an exceptionally high amount of stars, similar to how Ecliptic Starburst IPA produces a soaring amount of hop flavor. Brewed with Amarillo, Azacca, Centennial, Mosaic and Simcoe hops for fresh flavors of citrus fruit and pine. 100% Pale malt makes for a super clean finish and puts the focus on the hop flavors and aromas.

Thor’s Hammer (ABV: 7.5%) – The battle hammer of Thor in Norse mythology. The ultimate weapon of the universe. Thors Hammer, the beer, is a very northwest style IPA. An explosion of citrus hoppiness from the bucketsful of Centennial, Cascade and Citra hops. Finishes clean and dry. We dry hop this beer twice. And, we drink it often!
Scottish Ale (ABV: 6%) – Fearless Scottish Ale is a very traditional Scottish Export. Every Scottish, English, or Irish themed bar should have a stylistically correct Scottish. Big caramel backbone with nutty and roasty notes. Finishes with that slightly smoky signature of a Scottish Ale. Hopped with East Kent Golding hops.
Peaches & Cream Ale (ABV: 4.8%) – Cream Ale is a beer of light body and color. Big carbonation. Premium malts give a balance to the hops and tart peaches. We finish fermentation with peaches. Not too sweet, an interesting thirst quenching beer. Check out that wonderful aroma!

Rogers Pilsner (ABV: 4.4%) – Oregon grown Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma. Malt character is accentuated by a Bavarian Lager Yeast that ferments dry and round and complex.
Bodhizafa IPA (ABV: 6.9%) – This IPA gets its light silky texture from rolled oats. The flavor and aroma both express mandarin and citrus all around. Over five pounds of hops per barrel makes this IPA truly Bodhilicious. Gold medal winner in the American Style IPA category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016.

Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider [Portland, OR]
Revival Hard Apple Cider – Revival begins simple: select the best whole apples in the world, grind them up and cold press them, just like farmers do every harvest. Then add Dark Muscovado, an unrefined cane juice grown in Mauritius. This blend of cane and apple juices is fermented to complete dryness using a Belgian saison ale yeast (producing round and creamy mouthfeel) and an exotic secret strain carefully managed to give off waves of pineapple, guava and peach flavors. Back sweetened with fresh apple juice. Brilliantly golden in color and deeply complex while remaining subtly familiar, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity.
Sacrilege Sour Cherry (ABV: 5%) – 100% Granny Smith apples blended with Washington-grown Montmorency and Hungarian Morello sour cherries fermented via Fuller’s ESB English Ale Yeast with a touch of Bartlett pear juice & cloves and completed with a hint of spicy chilies.
Viva la Pineapple (ABV: 6%) – Onto a base of rich and hard cider made from a blend of Granny Smith and other Washington grown apples, an added dash of Mauritius dark muscovado (a raw unrefined brown sugar), and 30% fresh pineapple juice hailing from The Philippines. Add in a blend of three spices (cinnamon, allspice and cloves) completes this fresh and authentic-tasting pineapple cider.

Unrepeatable malt sweetness frames acidity formed through a pre-boil souring culture. High carbonation, unrefined cane sugar, and forty pounds of ginger interlace to result in a bright, refreshing and flavorful libation from across several timelines.
